Questions
How is this different from an autoresponder?
An autoresponder sends the same message to everyone. My systems sort real leads from the noise, update your CRM, draft a reply that fits each message, and follow up on a schedule. Anything important waits for your approval before it goes out.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. I build on tools you already use where possible, like Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion and your CRM. If a new tool is needed, I tell you what it costs before anything is bought.
Who owns the system?
You do. Everything is built on your own accounts, so it stays yours.
How much does it cost?
Every project gets a fixed price, agreed after a short scope call and before any work starts. No surprise charges.
Is my customers' data safe?
I only connect the accounts a task needs, test everything with sample data before it touches real customers, and keep a human approval step for anything that sends messages or touches money.
What do I need to provide?
Access to the tools involved, a few example messages or leads, and some time to review the system before it goes live.
What if something breaks?
